Order Picker

The warehouse is in the Allach industrial area and sends parts to the assembly line in fixed time windows. You pick small parts and modules from shelves and flow racks by scanner, fill the special containers in the order the line needs them, and check every label against the pick list. Full containers go to the dispatch lane on an electric pallet truck, empty ones come back for sorting. Shifts run 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and, in busy weeks, 22:00-06:00, with a weekly rotation. You report to the team lead of your shift.

Completed schooling, no trade qualification needed

First experience in picking, a warehouse or a production line is welcome

Able to walk and lift parts up to 12 kg across a full shift

Careful work with a hand scanner and labels

Willing to work two shifts, and three in busy weeks

A forklift licence is a plus, not a condition

Basic English for scanner menus and safety signs

Net salary from 2270 up to 2400 EUR per month

Permanent contract with full social insurance from the first day

After the six month trial, pickers who hold the forklift licence and pick to the line with fewer than one error in a thousand move to 2400 EUR net a month.

A heated, well lit hall with flow racks, marked walkways and separate lanes for pedestrians and trucks. Safety shoes, a high visibility vest and gloves are mandatory and supplied.
