About role
You lay brick and block, mix and apply mortar, build and plumb walls, and read basic site drawings. Work is on apartment and house sites around Podgorica, including Tuzi and the City Kvart area. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00, with paid overtime when a pour or deadline requires it. You work in a crew of four to six under a site foreman who assigns the daily tasks. Summer work starts early to avoid the afternoon heat. The contract is permanent with a paid trial month.
