Truck Driver (C/CE)
Trade & Transport — Bar, Montenegro
P-273 · Basic (A2) · 3 openings
A trade and transport company near Bar needs a steady driver for its C and CE fleet. Regular routes, paid waiting time, and a truck you keep as your own.
About role
You start most mornings at the yard, check tyres, lights, oil and the load straps, then take the truck out on a fixed route. Work is split between port runs from Bar harbour and regional deliveries up toward Podgorica and the coast, so you handle both container haulage and palletised goods. You load and unload with the help of forklift crews, secure pallets with straps and ratchets, and keep the tachograph and CMR papers in order at every stop. Most days run eight to ten hours with proper breaks, and overnight trips are rare and always planned in advance. You report to a dispatcher who plans the routes and sorts out any delays at customs or the weighbridge. Keeping the cab clean and flagging small faults early is part of the job, not an extra.

You start at 980 euro net a month. Once you have settled into the routes and shown you keep the truck and papers in order, pay moves up to 1130 euro net, usually within the first year. Drivers who take on the longer port and cross-border runs are first in line for that step.
Work environment
The base is a fenced yard near Bar with parking, a workshop, and a small office for dispatch and drivers. Trucks are kept in good order and serviced on a schedule, so breakdowns on the road are rare. Work runs through the year, with the busiest stretch over the summer port season.
