Warehouse Operative
Trade & Transport — Belgrade, Serbia
P-222 · Basic (A2) · 4 openings
A trade and transport company on the outskirts of Belgrade needs extra hands in its distribution warehouse. Steady shifts, weekly pay, and a foreman who actually shows you the ropes on day one.
About role
You will spend most of the day moving goods through a high-bay distribution hall. That means unloading trucks at the dock, scanning incoming pallets, and stacking cartons onto racks with a hand pallet jack or a low-level order picker. A handheld scanner tells you which bin each item goes to, so a lot of the job is picking orders, wrapping pallets in stretch film, and getting them staged for the next outbound truck. Expect three rotating shifts, including some early mornings that start at 6 and a late shift that runs until 22. Floors are concrete, the building is heated in winter, and you are on your feet and walking the aisles for most of the shift.

Work environment
The warehouse is a large heated distribution hall with marked walkways and a busy loading dock. Forklifts and pedestrians share the floor, so safety vests and steel-toe boots are worn at all times. It gets loud near the conveyors, but the team is small enough that everyone knows each other.
