Get your foot in a professional kitchen with a busy hotel restaurant in Verona. No experience needed, learn from a real brigade, and grow toward a cook's role and pay.
About role
Support the cooks: basic prep, washing and portioning vegetables, keeping stations stocked, plating support during service, and cleaning to HACCP standards. You learn knife work and kitchen routines while keeping the back of house running smoothly.
Who's a fit?
No experience required; you learn on the job. Quick, clean and reliable, comfortable on your feet in a warm kitchen. Basic Italian; English at A2 is welcome. Available for split shifts, evenings and weekends.
Benefits
Indefinite contract under the tourism CCNL on 14 months with tredicesima and quattordicesima. 26 days of ferie. Staff meals on shift. Holiday and overtime work paid at the CCNL rate, with a stable rest-day roster.
Promotion terms
Real path: Kitchen Assistant → Commis (after 8-12 months) → Line Cook (24-30 months). Employer funds a food-safety course and on-the-job cooking training.
