Waiter

You take the section at the start of the shift, set the tables, check the menu for the day and the items that are off. Orders are taken at the table and entered in the handheld, drinks are served from the bar within five minutes and food is carried from the pass without a tray stand. You settle the bill in cash or by card, keep your float correct and hand it over at the end of the shift. The terrace is cleared and reset for the next service. Shifts are 09:00-17:00 and 16:00-24:00.

Catering school as a waiter or at least two seasons of service work

Carrying three plates and serving from the right side

Waiters who finish two full seasons are offered a permanent contract with the winter months in the indoor restaurant, and the head waiter post is filled from the floor team.

An outdoor terrace and a stone walled indoor room, with long distances between the pass and the tables and heat above thirty degrees in July and August. Shirt, apron and non slip shoes are supplied.
