Delivery Driver

The van is loaded at the bakery ramp between 04:00 and 04:45 against a printed route list, and you count the crates before you sign. On the round you carry the crates in, place the goods on the shelf where the shop asks for it, take back yesterday's returns and have the note signed. Returns are counted again at the bakery and handed over with the cash receipts. A round is twenty to thirty stops and normally ends by 12:30.

Driving licence B held for at least three years

Knowledge of Banja Luka and the roads to the nearby municipalities

Ability to start work at 04:00, six days a week in rotation

Accurate counting of crates and careful handling of cash receipts

Clean and polite contact with shop staff

Basic English for labels on imported packaged goods

Net salary from 600 up to 665 EUR per month

Permanent contract and one fixed route per driver

Afternoons free, the round normally ends by 12:30

Early shift supplement paid every month

Bread and pastry from the day's production taken home free

Employer pays the driver medical and the vehicle costs

Work clothing, gloves and safety shoes provided

A driver who keeps the route clean for a year takes over a larger van with more stops, and the bakery moves its own drivers into the dispatch and route planning desk.

Most of the day is driving and carrying crates in and out of the van, in the dark for the first two hours in winter. Gloves and safety shoes are issued and the van is serviced by the company.
