Forklift Driver

You bring big bags of granulate from the outdoor store to the mixing station, set them on the hopper frame and take the empties back. When a line finishes a roll you lift it with the clamp attachment, weigh it, stick the production label on it and put it in the finished goods rack by order number. Aisles are narrow, so the clamp has to be set before you enter the row. Three shifts rotate weekly, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.

Valid forklift licence, renewed and in force

At least one year on a forklift, ideally in a production hall

Confidence with a clamp or a roll attachment, training is given

Careful driving in narrow aisles beside working machines

Willingness to work the night shift in the weekly rotation

Basic English for the granulate labels on imported bags

Net salary from 565 up to 625 EUR per month

Permanent contract after a three month trial

Night shift supplement paid separately every month

Hot meal on every shift, including the night

Organised transport from Tuzla and the nearby settlements

Employer pays the forklift licence renewal and the medical

Work clothing, gloves, hearing protection and safety shoes

Drivers who learn the mixing station take over granulate dosing, which is a higher grade, and the plant trains its own internal transport leaders.

The hall is warm from the extruders and loud near the cutting station, so hearing protection is worn from the door. The outdoor store is used in all weather and a warm jacket is issued for winter.
