A logistics operator at Stup in Sarajevo is hiring forklift drivers for a cross dock that turns over pallets between regional carriers. The fleet is electric counterbalance trucks up to 2 tonnes plus two reach trucks for the high racks. Two shifts, permanent contract, licence required.
About role
You take pallets off the inbound trailer, read the label, and place each one in the staging lane of the carrier it leaves with. Damaged wrap is rebuilt before the pallet goes on a rack, and anything leaking or crushed is set aside and photographed for the claim. The reach truck is used for the top two rack levels only, on the aisles marked for it. You check the battery and the forks at the start of every shift and sign the machine log. Shifts are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 with a weekly rotation.
