A building materials depot in the Ramici industrial zone outside Banja Luka is hiring warehouse workers for goods receipt and the outdoor yard. The stock is tiles, insulation, cement and plasterboard for builders across Republika Srpska. Work is one long day shift with a free Saturday every second week.
About role
You unload the incoming truck with a pallet jack, check the quantity against the supplier note and put the goods in the right bay in the hall or the outdoor yard. Bagged cement and adhesive go on the lower racks, boards stay flat on the rack beams, and everything gets a shelf label the same day. In the second half of the day you make up customer orders for collection and load them with the yard crew. The shift is 07:00-15:30, Monday to Friday, with a shorter Saturday in the season.
Who's a fit?
Finished primary school
Physical fitness for bagged goods of 25 kg and boards handled in pairs
Reading a supplier delivery note and counting stock without a scanner
Care with weather exposed goods in the open yard
Driving licence B is an advantage for internal moves
Basic English for product labels on imported pallets

Promotion terms
A worker who knows the range well moves to goods receipt, where the pay step is one grade higher, and the depot pays for the forklift licence after the first year.
Work environment
Half the work is in an unheated hall and half on an open concrete yard, so the day follows the weather. Dust from cement is normal, and a mask, gloves, safety shoes and a warm jacket are issued.
