A city distribution company based at Stari Aerodrom in Podgorica is hiring van drivers for daily delivery rounds. The routes cover the capital, Danilovgrad and the Zeta plain, and every driver keeps the same round so the customers stay familiar. Permanent contract from the first day.
About role
The day starts at the depot at 06:30 with a vehicle check, the loading of your own route and a signature on the delivery notes. You drive a van up to 3.5 t, unload by hand at each stop, take the customer signature on the terminal and bring back returns and empty crates. Cash on delivery is counted and handed in at the end of the round. You report a late or refused delivery by phone at once, not at the end of the day. Rounds finish between 15:00 and 16:00, and Saturday is worked every second week.
Who's a fit?
Category B licence held for at least two years
Knowledge of Podgorica and the surrounding municipalities
Able to unload crates and boxes by hand at every stop
Accurate with delivery notes and cash on delivery
Willing to work every second Saturday
Basic English for the terminal and the transport papers

Promotion terms
Drivers who keep a clean route record move to the long round towards Niksic and Cetinje, which carries a higher allowance, and the company pays for the C category licence when a place opens.
Work environment
A depot with a covered loading ramp and a driver room, then the whole day on the road with several stops in narrow streets. A high visibility vest, gloves and safety shoes are provided and worn at every unloading point.
