A distribution depot in the Zabjelo industrial zone of Podgorica is taking on warehouse workers for its ambient and chilled aisles. The site supplies retail customers across central Montenegro and runs six days a week. Permanent contract with social and health insurance from the first day.
About role
You pick orders from a paper list and a hand terminal, move pallets with a hand truck and build mixed pallets for the delivery vans. Each shift starts with a count of the returns bay and a check of the chilled aisle temperature log. You wrap finished pallets, label them with the route code and stage them at the loading dock in departure order. Damaged stock goes to the quarantine rack with a note for the shift leader. Two shifts run 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 with a weekly rotation, and Saturday mornings are paid separately.
Who's a fit?
Primary school finished, warehouse practice is welcome but not required
Able to lift and stack boxes up to 25 kg through a full shift
Careful with numbers when counting and labelling stock
Willing to rotate the morning and afternoon shift every week
Basic English for the terminal menus and the safety signs
Health certificate for work with food grade goods

Promotion terms
Workers who learn the chilled aisle and the returns desk move to stock control within a year. The depot pays for the forklift licence for anyone who wants to drive.
Work environment
A heated warehouse hall with a separate chilled room at 4 degrees, wide aisles and marked pedestrian lanes. Gloves, a high visibility vest and safety shoes are mandatory and supplied by the employer.
