Order Picker

You pick orders from the racking by voice terminal, build the pallet so that heavy cases sit at the bottom, then wrap and label it before it leaves your aisle. Each pick is confirmed by the check digit on the shelf, and a wrong pick is corrected before the pallet closes. You keep the aisle clear, fold empty cartons into the press and hand the finished pallet to the dispatch team. Shifts run 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and a night shift, with the rota agreed a month ahead.

Finished primary school

Experience in a warehouse or a shop stockroom is welcome but not required

Counting accurately and reading a pick list

Willing to work nights in rotation

Careful with a hand pallet truck in a narrow aisle

Basic English for the terminal menu

Fit to handle cases up to 20 kg all shift

Net salary from 621 up to 745 EUR per month

Pickers with clean accuracy figures move to the goods receiving desk or to the forklift after six months. The employer covers the forklift licence and the practical examination.

A high bay hall with marked lanes, floor heating in the picking zone and a separate room for charging the batteries. Safety shoes, gloves and a high visibility vest are supplied and worn through the shift.
