You read the cutting list and the assembly drawing, cut panels on the beam saw, edge them on the bander and clean the edge by hand where the machine leaves a step. You drill the system holes on the jig, fit hinges, runners and handles and dry assemble the carcass before it is packed. Solid work means planing, thicknessing and sanding to grit 180 before the finish. The shop works 06:30-15:00 from Monday to Friday with a paid break.

Trade certificate as a joiner or cabinet maker

At least two years in a furniture or interior workshop

Beam saw, edge bander, router and drilling jig used well

Fitting hardware to a tolerance of one millimetre

Basic Czech or English for the cutting list and safety signs

Carpenters who learn the CNC nesting machine and can set it from the drawing move to the machine grade, and those who prefer site work join the fitting team with a travel allowance.

A heated workshop with chip extraction at every machine, assembly benches at working height and a separate finishing room. Goggles, ear protection, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and issued.
