Production Operator

You work a fixed station on the line: you fit the parts into the jig, start the cycle and carry the finished piece to the tester. You compare the piece with the boundary sample, measure the given dimension with a gauge and mark every part that fails so that it does not travel on. Counts and scrap go into the shift sheet, and you hand the station over to the next shift with the tools and the pieces in order. Shifts run 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00 with a weekly rotation, and the line leader sets the pace and the breaks.

Primary school finished, a production certificate is not required

Operators who learn several stations move to the setter seat or to the quality check, and the plant fills its line leader posts from its own people. The training is paid and runs during the shift.

An air conditioned hall with antistatic mats at the assembly stations, marked aisles and a separate measuring room. Safety shoes, an antistatic coat and ear protection near the presses are supplied by the employer.
