Furniture Joiner

You cut chipboard and MDF on the panel saw from the daily cutting list, band the edges on the edge bander, and drill the hinge and dowel holes on the boring machine. Every panel is checked for square, for edge glue coverage and for scratches before it goes onto the trolley. You feed the CNC nesting machine with the sheets it calls for, clear the offcuts, and pack the finished units with the fittings bag and the assembly sheet. Shifts are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on a weekly rotation, and you report to the line lead.

Trade school for joinery or wood processing

At least one year on a panel saw or an edge bander

Reading a cutting list and a simple furniture drawing

Measuring with a tape, a square and a caliper

Willing to rotate two shifts every week

Careful handling of finished surfaces

Basic English for machine menus and safety labels

Net salary from 600 up to 660 EUR per month

Permanent contract after a three month trial period

A joiner who takes over the nesting programme and the daily cutting list moves to setter, and the plant trains its own assembly leads. The employer pays the CNC course in Doboj.

A long hall with sawdust extraction at every machine, marked walkways and a separate room for lacquering. Ear protection, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and issued by the employer.
