You run PPR and multilayer pipe from the riser to each apartment, press the fittings with a battery press tool, and set radiators, boilers and sanitary ware once the walls are closed. Every branch is pressure tested at 6 bar and written into the test sheet before the screed goes down. You cut chases with a wall chaser, keep the shaft tidy, and agree the order of work with the electrician and the tiler so no trade works over another. The crew works 07:00-15:30 Monday to Friday, with a paid Saturday when a handover is close, and you report to the site foreman.

Trade school for plumbing or heating installation

At least two years fitting water and heating systems

A fitter who takes on the pressure testing and the handover paperwork moves to crew lead within two seasons. The firm pays for the gas installer licence course in Mostar.

Work is inside apartment blocks under construction, on concrete floors, with scaffold access to the risers. Helmet, gloves, knee pads and safety boots are mandatory and issued by the employer.
